Entold on your phone

1. Open Safari and go to entold.com.
2. Tap Share (the square with an arrow pointing up). Depending on your Safari layout, you may need to open the page menu first, then tap Share.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. If Open as Web App is shown, turn it on.
5. Keep the name Entold, then tap Add.

Tap the Entold icon on your home screen to open it.

If Add to Home Screen is missing, scroll to the bottom of the Share menu, tap Edit Actions and add it. You can also check Apple’s guide to adding a web app.

1. Open Chrome and go to entold.com.
2. Tap the three-dot menu beside the address bar.
3. Choose Install and create shortcut, then Install. Your version of Chrome may show Add to Home screen or Install app instead.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm and add Entold.

Open Entold from your home screen or your phone’s app list.

The home-screen icon opens the same Entold website in its own window. You will see your Library if you are signed in, or the homepage if you are not. You may need to sign in again when you first open the installed app.

You can read published chapters without an account. Sign in to save books to your Library; saving a book does not download it. Keep your phone connected to the internet while reading.

Opened Entold from another app?

Links from email, messaging and social apps sometimes open in a built-in browser. Use its menu to open the page in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, or open that browser yourself and enter entold.com.

No Install Entold button?

The button appears only when your browser offers an installation prompt. You can still follow the steps above. If the menu option is missing, check whether Entold is already on your home screen and try an up-to-date browser in a regular, non-private tab.
